Termite Inspection & Treatment Cost
The National Pest Management Association estimates that termites cause over $5 billion in property damage annually in the U.S. The best way to prevent a a potential termite infestation is to schedule a annual termite and pest inspection.
We offer a free Termite Treatment Cost Protection Plan with every paid termite inspection. Since every house is built different, we customize a termite treatment plan based on it’s needs. After the inspection, we are willing to explain our findings and provide a detailed termite inspection report with photo’s.
How long does a termite treatment last
Tests conducted by Texas A&M University at five sites throughout the state over a 20 years period showed that all currently registered termiticides have a life expectancy of from four to ten years. Termidor is #1
Regardless of the termite treatment chemical used, the highest application rate is generally best and has the longest life expectancy. This cost slightly higher, but research shows that higher rates result in the best performance over the life of your termite warranty.
